What should your health plan consider for the new or deleted CDT codes?

Healthcare payers should review their policies and edit systems related to new and deleted codes to ensure the CDT codes are paid properly or denied effectively. When new codes are introduced, known bad actors may change their behavior, new providers may submit a large volume of claims for the new codes, or delayed billing schemes may involve a mix of deleted and current codes.

How can Codoxo assist health plans with monitoring new code usage and identifying outlier provider utilization?
